Epoxy flooring is a multi-layer coating system built from a two-part epoxy resin and hardener that chemically cure into a single, seamless surface bonded directly to your concrete slab. Done right, it starts well before the first coat goes down: the concrete is diamond-ground or shot-blasted to open its pores, cracks and pitting are repaired, and any moisture issues are addressed so the coating has a clean, sound surface to bond to. How It's Done
